Jib Reefing & Furling Features

Complete Package
comes with all parts needed inclusing stainless steel snap-shackels, a new forestay wire, furling line, stanchion led blocks, toggle, lubricating grease, halyard leads and prefeeder.
Materials
All stainless parts are made out of marine grade, saltwater resistant stainless steel. All cast aluminum parts are tumbled, anodized and lacqured. All plastic parts are made from a UV-protected glassfiber reinforced polyamide composite.
Halyard Swivel
features a patented load distributor with stainless steel ball bearing races positioned on top of three pivot points resulting in considerably less friction and wear.
Lower Bearing
contains four races of stainless steel balls. Two for the tack swivel and two main bearing for the linedrum itself.
Removeable Line Drum
is easy to dismantle.
Halyard Leads
are used for leading the halyard away from the forestay preventing "halyard wrap."
Luff Extrusions
contain polythene distance tubes which secure the joining sleeves in position and locates the headstay in the exact center of the extrusion eliminating metal to metal contact and thus chafe and corrosion.
